How 63-year-old Rapist Was sentenced to death by stoning in Kano State

A sixty-three year old man, named Ubale Saudi Dutsa has been sentenced to death following his misdemeanor of having a carnal knowledge of a twelve year old girl named Shamsiyya by Justice Farouk Ahmad held that he relied on Sharia law guided by Quran to sentence the convict accordingly.
Shamsiyya is confirmed to has been infected with HIV/AIDS as a result of the convict’s carnal knowledge of her. This was confirmed medically after been examined at the Murtala Muhammad Hospital.
Though Dutsa has pleaded guilty and has been sentenced to death by stoning, following his involvement in the defilement of the 12-year-old girl.
