UNIZIK Students Thrill The World With Best of Charol Songs

 
Students of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka under the auspices of Chapel of Redemption Unizik invited Rev Canon (Fr) Franklin Mmor to the Perm site to minister at their choral fiesta. At the end of the event the studentsrefused to let Father Franklin Mmor go home.

report has it that it was an Ecumenical Choir competition involving guests choirs from chapel of glory which is a Pentecostal choir, St Cecilia Catholic choir, and other guest choristers.
The students were moved in spirit and there was pandemonium and surge. The students nearly tore the priestly habit into shreds in a bid to receive from the benediction and nearly throw Fr Mmor down from the stage.  

The students vowed that Fr Mmor will come again. The Garuba square at perm site were the event was organized attracted a mammoth of crowd. There was a music concert, Choreography, music drama, orchestra involving chapel of a Glory, Unizik ,chapel of Redemption temp site, saint Cecilia catholic choir and other Pentecostals.

Fr Mmor ministered on the theme ‘’Praise The Lord Oh Ye Nations’’ Psalm 150 . The experience was interesting and quite touching and it unified the students, it was very much ecumenical in nature.

report said that they grabbed him from all corners even his cassock , wanting some more of his stay despite it was night. They nearly tore Fr Mmor into shreds.

The students wanted more blessings and some nearly fell off from the podium but God’s grace was enough on them.

When contacted Fr Mmor said,’’ I am happy with the students. I was impressed by their attitude and the event was so well organized.   They are lively students, I ministered to their needs, advised them to love respect and fear God, eschew cultism, I made a decree that no man will prevent them from graduating, no intimidation whatsoever if they believe in God.

‘’Unizik students are the best . I am proud of them The Chapel Choir was wonderful and the guest choristers were too wonderful.

Rev’d Emmanuel Ajakor the Chaplain said : ‘’God's glory came down. People were truly blessed.
