Breaking News: Lagos State Governor, Raji Fashola Concludes Plan To Decamp To PDP

EKO 1
The Governor of Lagos State and APC major stakeholder Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola has released a shocking statement to our journalists with the executive governor revealed that the governor has concluded plans to shift camp to the ruling party.
The Governor who has played a major role in garnering votes and support for APC in the Western Region of Nigeria through his reformative policies and constructive style of governance in Lagos State and can be rightly said to be one of the fundamental reasons why the APC enjoys the support it has in the West.

Governor Fashola let it slip to Ashiwaju.org during a media chat that he has been nurturing plans to defect to PDP “when the time is right”. According to the Governor, “He who has failed to plan has planned to fail, and as such one must make all the necessary preparations to cover all unforeseeable contingencies which one might encounter in the journey of life.”
When our correspondent asked him to throw more light on the issue, he revealed that the godfathers of APC seem to have distributed the 2015 goodies to all the major players in the game, and his name seemed to be lacking among those slated for major blessings.
According to him, “speculations have it that the major posts have been shared out, and some who even defected into the APC from other parties seem to have high prospects accruing to them. Meanwhile, I cannot categorically acclaim that my intentions and wishes are in conformity with that of the party (APC)”.
When asked which party he would consider in if he defects away from APC, He simply replied that President Goodluck Jonathan does not seem to have a strong running partner at the moment. This is suggestive of the fact that he will not turn down an offer to be G.E.J’s running partner.
We were however unable to confirm this rumour as our calls and mails to the Special Assistant to the President on Political Affairs went unanswered.
