Nigerian music power couple, Tunde and Wunmi Obe (T.W.O) have released a video and a single from their forthcoming album T.W.O Plus.
The video titled ‘Omonsa’, meaning ‘Dance’ in the Ghanaian Twi dialect, was directed by popular music director, Clarence Peters and features the very versatile and talented actress Funke Akindele, DJ Jimmy Jatt, Don T Anifite, and more.
In the video, the couple play the roles of secret agents on a mission to bust five former dance champions – now senior citizens – from the Old People’s Home, to enable them engage in a Dance-Off against a group of youngsters, the ‘Gang-X’.
T.W.O also released BIANU, the fourth single from their forthcoming album, T.W.O PLUS. Bianu is a passionate plea for respite from a broken heart rendered in both English and Igbo languages.
Produced by B.Jay Productions, features YSG’s talented new act, FLOSS a.k.a Mazii who does ample justice to the track with his melodious and indigenous rhymes. No doubt, BIANU is one track that will be enjoyed not only in the east, but amongst T.W.O fans and those who appreciate good music.
The duo recently dropped two hit singles from the album, which will be released early next year: Green White Green featuring TuFace Idibia and Wedding Day, which won Best Use of Costume at the Nigeria Music Video Award.
