PICTURES: It Is Christmas... Obiano Spends Time with the Physically Challenged as CAFE Gives Out Prosthetic Limbs

In the spirit of Christmas, Gov Willie Obiano of Anambra State spent sometime with persons living with disabilities today at the Women Development Centre, Awka during the flag-off of the distribution of prosthetic limbs fittings.

The event was organized by Caring Family Empowerment Initiative, the pet project of the wife of the Governor, Chief (Mrs) Ebelechukwu Obiano (Osodieme) in partnership with Tolaram Foundation and Rotary International.
