Barrister Nwandu, who finally decided to break out of her silences to journalists in Awka, after witnessing the swearing in of the twenty newly appointed magistrates by the state chief judge, Justice Peter Umeadi.
She distanced herself from the rumour making rounds that she was frustrated by the governor, on the allegation that she was an off-shoot of the erstwhile governor, Mr. Peter Obi who may still command her loyalty against the interest of the incumbent administration.
Her Words ''No! no!! no!!!, there was noting like that, I on my own volition resigned my appointment as the Special Adviser to the Governor on MGDs on health ground, strictly on health ground, against what they rumoured about my exit from the governor;s cabinet''.
Barrister Nwandu however outlined efforts made by her predecessor, Professor Stella Okunna in making sure MDGs receives its first share in the nation's equation and lauded the efforts of the state governor, Chief Willie Obiano who according to her has re positioned the Millennium Development Goals scheme the state.
''No, I was not taking her place at all, I was special adviser MDGs only, when she left I joined the Willie Obiano's government, I resolved in my heart to help out for six months but I was really down heath wise, but I said to myself that I will do it for my state and after six months I had to go, I will not disclose to you what the health reason then was.''
Erstwhile MGDs boss lamented the poor state of the grants not been able to leave up to expectation, but attributed it to the just concluded general election which thwarted the efficient operation of the scheme in the country.
''Right now I will tell you nothing has happened so far, why? because, since November you know what it is politically in the country, noting has really happened, but I know they are trying to sustain what we did there.'' she exclaimed.

Barrister Ma, could you tell us why you voluntarily resigned from Governor Wille Obiano's Cabinet, after it was rumoured that they threatened to sack you before you quickly tender your resignation letter, kindly use this medium to tell the world what really happened.?
No! no!! no!!!, there was nothing like that, I on my own volition resigned my appointment as the Senors Adviser to the Governor on MGDs, on health ground, strictly on health ground, against what they rumoured about my exit from the governor;s cabinet.
Are you now telling us that your predecessor, Professor Stella Okunna, who at the time doubled as the Chief of Staff to the former governor and Commissioner for Economic Planing and MGDs, , how come you could not cope with the task?

I think we have, the most recent was the sack of the Special Adviser to Governor Willie Obiano on Political Matter, Barrister Joe-Martin Uzodike?
I think there were steps before he was relieved of his appointment, if there was any sacked. I was not in the country then for the same health reason, so if there was anything like that, something happened before they got to that, it was not a general thing, some people are still there, a lot of them.
Can you quickly access the present MDGs office in Anamrba state, what it was under former Governor Peter Obi when you were in charge and now?
Right now I will tell you nothing has happened so far, why? because, since November you know what it is politically in the country, noting has really happened, but I know they are trying to sustain what we did there.
Can you tell us that Barrister Vivian Nwandu resigned her position under Governor Willie Obiano's cabinet based on health grounds?
I exited the governor's cabinet strictly on health ground, strictly on health ground, noting else!
Would you tell us if its not connected with the exit of former Governor Peter Obi, who they rumoured had influence over your operation as the Special Adviser on MGDs?
No! its not true, I came back I was recalled then I stayed for six months before I resigned formally on health ground.
