In Katsina, Ifeanyi Uba United FC recorded the most surprising victory of the week after running away with a 4-1 score line against their host El Kanemi Warriors of
Maiduguri, Onyedikachi Uchechukwu scored the first before Enudi Solomon
scored his first hat rick in the premier league to seal a comfortable first away victory for the Anambra Warriors.
In Anambra, Heartland FC of Owerri who were playing their first home match at Rojenny stadium Oba after the LMC suspended Dan Anyiam stadium recorded a 2-0 victory over visiting Taraba Utd.
Bright Ejike scored with his teams first real attack of the game in the 5th minute of the first half, Ivorian international Rolland Koffi made it two in the 31st minute.
Heartland could have been awarded a penalty in the closing stages of the second half instead substitute Jimoh Oni was shown a yellow card for simulation.

After the match, Taraba Fc coach Tony Ogharamduku said "it was an open game but my side could not take our chances, we had few opportunities even before their first goal but we couldn't score so when they got theirs they scored we were a bit unlucky but the better side won."
Enugu Rangers recorded their first away win of the season despite going a man down in the 33rd minute, the team defended resolutely to defeat Warri Wolves 1-0 in Warri.
