As the era of hacking top political officers is raging, one would not be surprised with the sack of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Director General, Patrick Ziakede Akpobolokemi who was recently relieved of his appointment by president Muhammadu Buhari
This was made public in a statement made available to newsmen by the Special Adviser to President On Media and Publicity Mr Femi Adesina, Stated the termination of Mr. Akpobolokemi’s appointment would take effect immediate.
“He is to hand
over the management of NIMASA and all government property in his possession to
the most senior officer in the agency who will remain in charge until a new Director-General
is appointed,” the statement said.
