The former Labour party governorship candidate in the 2013 governorship elections disclosed this in Nnewi, on occasion to mark his 45 birthday, assured his team would verify the authenticity of each prisoner’s case, to ensure prisons are decongestion of unlawful detention of inmates in the state.
