The Bart Nwibe Agenda on Job Creation

From our research conducted within the state, the topmost important issue for Ndi Anambra is job creation. In spite of the numerous resources available to ndi Anambra , there is still a large number of able bodied youths who are not been employed. When we look at those who are underemployed and therefore not operating to their maximum potential then we know that we are seriously tinkering with a crisis not to far from now.

I intend to bring down the percentage of unemployed youths in Anambra unemployment via the following methods.
1. Massive investment in infrastructural development and the setting up of a public works scheme to employ large number of youths.
2. The development of entrepreneurs with special incentives meant to help their startups survive , become stable and grow into success stories. The idea is to attract, protect and grow these startups( 100,000) or more in order to see them employ at least 10-50 Anambrarians, this way we would 1,000,000 youths employed by these startups.
3. Revitalization of our industrial base via resolving a number of challenges presently been faced.
4 The enhancement of sectors such as Sports , Entertainment, Arts and Culture, Tourism and Agriculture to ably build and harness the required investments in order to create employment opportunities for the average Anambra citizen.
