Donatus Okonkwo Picks Anambra APC Governorship Nomination Form in Awka

Another  Anambra state  frontline politician and a business mogul, Chief Donatus Okonkwo has picked the Governorship election  nomination form on the platform of the  All Progressive Congress APC,

Okpnkwo, who s the Cheif Executive Officer/Managing Director, Tantalizer Fast Food Plx. promised to change the country line of governance by injecting hi creative prowess to provide prosperity to the people of Anambra state .

 The Tetrazini chief executive, who was accompanied by thousands of APC party supporters, to the party headquarters in Awka, disclosed that the time for persons who had  excelled in their private lives should be given the slot to lead in government positions
He said the exercise of picking the expression  of interest and nomination form from the party state chairman in  Awka, ,indicates  that he is a grassroots politician who has not lost touch with the people in their lowest place of abode in the state .

"Time has come for the political class to allow professionals and successful men in their private lives to lead the nation in providing purposeful leadership prowess to the people".

" Most of you know my background as a successful businessman, my intention is  to offer myself to serve and to  provide purposeful leadership quality,a departure from what our former leaders were not able to deliver on". Okonwko added.

while explaining what he would inject differently away from what the incumbent governor could not offer, Donatus Okonkow lamented that Anambra state has since been under explored both in human and natural resources.

He said the state stands  tall among equals in the country, with highest human capital resources,  said Anambra has  the largest economic base after Lagos, noted that the state needs a more commuted individual to collectively develop the state resources and place it as the best among quals in the shortest  period of time. 

Okowko Identified that the state  could do better if handled by  technocrats who know how  earnest resources to the advantage of all, " I am assuring you all, if given the opportunity to pilot the affairs of this state, poverty, unemployment and poor financial base of both the leaders and the led would be addressed".. He promised.
Speaking to journalists after the sale of nomination and interest form to Chief Donatus Okokwo, the chairman of the All Progressive Congress, Anambra state, Barrister Emeka Ibe, said the party would offer a level playing ground to all politicians in the coming APC governorship election primaries.
the APC Anambra chairman said the party would do everything within it powers to ensure a credible candidate energies from the party to fly the party flag in the November 18, 2017, governorship election.
He seize the  opportunity to dispel the rumour making rounds that a candidate has been anointed as the consensus candidate in the election, he said though the party is routine for a consensus candidate, which according to him would come from the  aspirants.
Heassured hte crowd  that the party would not deny any aspirant the right to express his/her right to aspiration .
The pick up of APC Anambra governorship nomination and expression form by Chief Donatus Okokwo makes him the seventh aspirant who has done the same to contest the November 18 governorship election.
