He is an astute touch bearer for Africa at the international scene of creative inventions and innovations, that features young stars from different countries around the world. His achievements have surpased those of the average African youth and he had once been described by Facebook owner, Mark Zuckerberg as an icon and amazon of innovation and invention.

In 2015, Daysman Oyakhilome Woghiren created Carel Films, a video production outfit targeting gospel artistes, to shoot quality videos. Three years later, the media firm has a full-time staff of over 100 in Nigeria, South Africa, The UK, Ukraine and rapidly spreading their tentacles across the world, churning out nearly 100 unique videos annually.
Needless to say that this young African brother would make the list of the youngest job providers in his home country of Nigeria where unemployment rate has skyrocketed under the current political dispensation. In their opinion and school of thought, Daysman has the capacity, impetous and audacity to champion the cause to revamp the African economy through youth participation in leadership and industry.
To this end, the Nelson Mandela Leadership Institute among other reputable organisations has conferred awards on Daysman Oyakhilome Woghiren. Among the most recent are:

Therefore, his reponse to joblessness among the youths is to create jobs around the needs of our generation and employ the youths to fill the jobs. That way he has not only solved the need, but also provided jobs for the youth thereby improving the economy of the land.
While the electrifying success of the Carel conglomerate may be reflective of a booming media industry in Africa, one thing is clear: never before has youth been such an advantage. Daysman eventually became the harbinger of modern revoluton for the youth in Africa, always taking the lead and blazing the trail while his peers follow. He undertook empowerment initiatives for the youth when he gave out soft loans and automobiles for over 100 youths, to enable them gainfully engage in lucrative businesses. Many of the beneficiaries went into agriculture, transportation and other businesses, while the leadership of different youth bodies within the continent applauded in admiration of the giant strides of Daysman Oyakhilome Woghiren.

Daysman Oyakhilome Woghiren at this point realised the need to propagate the new rennaissance for the African youth, installing what he refers to as the economic capital of Africa, modelled after 21st century ideals and standards. The emerging structure, the UNITED YOUTH CAPITAL OF AFRICA (UCA), primarily a coalition of various youth bodies in the continent, namely ECOWAS Youth Council, African Youth Parliament, National Association of Nigerian Students, etc who unequivocaly agreed to converge together, to tackle the leadership lacuna in Africa.
UCA, according to the amiable president Daysman Oyakhilome Woghiren, would focus on identifying needs of the African youth within the continent and African youths in the diaspora and setting up economic machineries to salvage their economic challenges.
UCA will also collaborate with emerging systems and already established leadership structures in: Government, Academia, Science & Technology, Religion, and Arts & Culture to propagate their ideas. Members of the UCA executive council are drawn from youth organisations in various African countries, such as Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Ethioa, Togo, Zimbabwe etc.
