After the long wait, over 300 Returnees from South Africa arrived Nigerians
Journalists were not allowed into the arrival point for security reasons.
They were subsequently brought to the NAHCO section for verification.
Chief executive of the Nigeria diaspora commission, Abike Dabiri-erewa, glowingly spoke of govt plans for the Returnees.
CEO of Air peace, Allen Onyeama, said this gesture has brought respect to Nigeria.

187 Nigerians were evacuated from South Africa as a result of the xenophobic attack.
This number brings it to a total of 501 people that have been evacuated so far into Nigeria with more still willing to come home.
