Counsel to the convener of #RevolutionNow protest, Femi Falana says Omoyele Sowore, and his co-defendant, Olawale Bakare, have met their bail conditions on charges of treasonable felony.
He made this know at the resume trial of Omoyele Sowore at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Mr Falana asked the court for an adjournment on the grounds that the he has not been able to gain access to the defendant who has been in the custody of the State Security Services.
In his response the prosecuting counsel, Hassan Liman opposed the application for adjournment stating that the charges were filed and served on the defendants on 20th of September, which affords the defendant ample time and opportunity to prepare for their defence.
