THERE IS NO COURT ORDER OR JUDGEMENT AGAINST THE HON SIR NDUBISI NWOBU LED PDP STATE EXECUTIVE SAYS NWANGWU
The Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Anambra State, Mr Nnamdi Nwangwu says the State executive of the party ably led by Hon Sir Ndubisi Nwobu has not been sacked by any court order or judgement.
Mr Nwangwu who was responding to a purported court order being circulated on the social media claiming that the executive has been sacked, described the order as a figment of the imagination of the authors.
The PDP image maker said the only substing judgement which emanated from an Abuja High Court since May 2018 was one that affirmed the Hon Sir Ndubisi Nwobu's led executive as having emerged in conformity with the extant rules, regulations, of PDP and the constitution of Nigeria.
He said as a matter of fact that the court order purportedly reinstating Chief Ejike Oguebego's led executive originated from the elements who are not favorably disposed towards the giant strides PDP is making in the state.
Nwangwu noted that the purported court order can not distract his party which is focused on taking over governance of the state come 2021 elections.
He reassured the PDP faithfuls and the good people of Anambra State to disregard the purported order noting that the state will surely get a responsible, responsive and accountable government after the incumbent APGA is flushed out of government house in the 2021 guber polls.
