As the two major political parties in Nigeria battle to elect their candidates for the November 6 Anambra Governorship election, residents advised delegates to vote rights.
The People's Democratic Party ( PDP) and All Progressive Congress (APC) have scheduled their governorship primary on 26th of June, to elected their candidate for the state governorship poll.
The state ruling party, All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) conducted it's primary on Wednesday to produce the former Central Bank Of Nigeria Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo as it's flag bearer, whose nominations was recently criticized by the factional wing of the party.
Although, PDP is currently struggling to settle between the two factions that claimed to be authentic for the primary.
But APC remains the only party that may have gotten it's house in order, going into the primary without being factionalized.
The atmosphere in the state is clement, as Awka plays host to many political big wigs thronging the state capital in preparation for the two political parties Governorship primaries..
