A 62yr old man identified as Moshood Lasisi has committed suicide in his room in Ayede ogbese, Akure North Local Government area of Ondo State, Southwest Nigeria.
Lasisi who was walking on crushes, it was gathered hung himself when his wife and children had gone to farm.
His wife discovered is corpse in the room later discovered when she knocked severally but without response.
His wife, Lady Evangelist Victoria Lasisi, she had to peep through the window where she now saw her husband’s body dangling from the rope with which he allegedly tied himself to the roof of the room.
The chairman, Christian Association Of Nigeria, CAN in Ogbese, Pastor Oyedeji Aladenika described the incident as shocking and wondered why the man had to commit suicide.
Pastor said though the man was leaving with dislocation in his leg, his wife and children were taking care of him.
The Police in the area are yet to react to the incident.
