SEVEN BENUE IDPs FOUND DEAD AFTER HERDERS’ ATTACK ON CAMP

Seven dead bodies have so far been counted with many others injured after armed Fulani herdsmen attacked Abagena community housing Internally Displaced Persons camp in Makurdi Local Area of Benue State.

Governor Samuel Ortom while addressing angry youth who protested and blocked the Makurdi -Lafia road with the dead bodies, called on President Muhammadu Buhari to live up to his responsibility of protecting Nigerians.

HOPE UZODINMA NO LONGER PICK MY CALLS –MBAKA CRIES OUT

 


Catholic Priest and Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Rev. Fr Ejike Mbaka, has accused Imo Governor Hope Uzodinma of shunning him.

In his 2020 New Year message, the cleric had said Uzodimma of the All Progressives Congress (APC), a former Senator, would be sworn in as governor.

Just in: GUNMEN ATTACK OKIGWE SOUTH POLICE AREA COMMAND

 The Imo State Police Command has just confirmed an attack on OKIGWE SOUTH AREA COMMAND Headquarters, Ehime Mbano LGA, by yet to be identified gunmen. 

Confirming the fresh attack, the command's public relations officer Orlando Ikeokwu said five Police officers were killed and one  is yet to be accounted for.

Two more students abducted from Greenfield university in Kaduna on Tuesday have been found dead.

Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs,Samuel Aruwan who confirmed the incidence said the  their bodies were found on Monday and have been evacuated to a mortuary.

Oyo Kidnap: Police Confirm kidnap of Family Members in Oyo

The Oyo state police command has confirmed the abduction of one Olakunle Oyedokun  and members of his family in Ajaawa community, Ogo Oluwa Local Government Area of Oyo State.

Gunmen have abducted some students of Federal University of Agriculture in Makurdi (FUAM) in Benue State.

Benue University Students Abducted 

The school authority on Monday confirmed that unspecified number of students of the institution were on Sunday taken away at gun point.

BREAKING: IPOB confirms killing of ESN commander, indicts Gov Uzodinma

 


The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has confirmed the killing of Easten Security Network (ESN), commander.

Ashiwaju Media reports that the confirmation came with a threat to Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma.

On Saturday, a joint operation by security forces killed ESN Commander Ikonso and 6 other operatives. The authorities blame IPOB for successive attacks on security facilities.
