IPOB Not on UK Terrorist Groups List UK--- Govt.Explains

The Government of the United Kingdom has denied adding Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, to terrorist groups.

A statement by the British High Commission in Nigeria signed by the Senior Communications and Public Diplomacy Officer, Atinuke Akande-Alegbe, and made available to Vanguard last night said it was aware of inaccurate reporting circulating in the media and online that the UK Government had added the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to the UK’s list of terrorist groups or organisations banned under UK law.
