The Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili North Local Government Area, Hon Chief (Sir) Stanley Nkwoka (Ochendo Idemili), has expressed his deepest gratitude and heart full of appreciation to the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo for finding him worthy of spearheading and contributing his quota towards making the most populous and densely populated Local Government Area of the state the cynosure of all eyes, stating that he would not abused the privilege or betray confidence reposed in him.
The former Senior Special Assistant On Environment to the immediate past Governor of Anambra State, who is by training an environmentalist in his appreciation text, assured the Governor that he would use his wealth of experience to ensure a green, clean and healthy Idemili North, adding that he would repay the Governor's trust in him, emphasizing that it was now time to walk the talk.
Chief Nkwoka while thanking the Governor for the appointment equally appreciated Ndi Idemili North as well as all the critical Stakeholders for choosing him ahead all other qualified individuals, noting that he was overwhelmed with joy and would ensure that he justified his appointment as the Chief Servant of Idemili North L.G.A.
His words, 'I want to sincerely thank the good people of Abatete (Ndi nwem) for their efforts in making this project and confirmation as TC Chairman a reality.
'I must appreciate God Almighty for making it possible for me to attain this height in my political career and sojourn. I particularly thank my family, especially my wife, Mrs Ebere Nkwoka, who has been a pillar of support throughout this journey. She practically sacrificed personal comfort in order to give me all the necessary support needed for this journey.
'My appreciation goes to all the APGA major stakeholders in Idemili North LGA, our traditional rulers, Presidents General, who stood with me while I sailed through the murky waters of Idemili North politics. I'm indeed grateful. Your sincere efforts and support would not be forgotten.
'Also, I would love to especially thank most especially Igwe Abatete' Engr Emeka Efobi, Agunechemba Abatete 'High Chief Engr Fred Uzor, and Onowu Abatete/Obi Agbaja High Chief Pius Ezigwe for their support, our party men and women, stakeholders in Idemili north who found me worthy and forwarded my name to our amiable Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo. I thank you all for your advice, love, support, and prayers. I therefore pledge never to let you down as you have reposed confidence and trust in me.
'I sincerely appreciate our dynamic Governor, Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo, for finding me worthy to serve Ndi Idemili North LGA. I want to reassure you, Mr Governor, that your vision in making Anambra state a liveable and prosperous mega and smart homeland would be domesticated in Idemili North LGA.
'My team and I will not disappoint you, Sir. We shall develop a comprehensive template and blueprint of our set target and goal towards making Idemmili North LGA envy of all.
'Moreover, I sincerely want to appreciate those who aspired for this position with me, I want to assure you all that everyone of you is welcomed with his or her ideas towards making Idemili North LGA the best in Anambra state. kindly avail us of your support whenever we come calling.
'May I also honestly render unreserve apology to my fellow political gladiators, my actions or inactions may have offended during the nomination and election process, let's join hands and move on. We don't have any other Idemili North except this one.
'I hereby promise to carry out the functions of a Transition Committee Chairman with every sense of respect, humility, commitment, resilience, and resourcefulness to the delight of Our Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR and to the admiration of Ndi Idemili North.
