Anambra :DSS Parades 8 Suspects for Car Snatching

The Department of State Services (DSS), Anambra Command has arrested eight suspects who snatches car from their owners at gun point in different parts of the state.
The state Director of Security, Mr Alexander Okeiyi, who paraded the suspects in Awka on Wednesday before newsmen, said that four vehicles snatched and sold by the gang were recovered by the command.
He gave the names of seven of the suspects as Chizoba Agwuike, Kingsley Okpara, Arinze Nweke, Onyedika Okoye, Uche Ike, Kelvin Umeh and Uche Chibuzo.

Anambra : FRSC Boss Harps on Safety Measures

The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) on Thursday advised motorists to adhere strictly to traffic rules to reduce the high incidences of death caused on high ways.
FRSC Sector Commander in Anambra, Mr Sunday Ajayi, gave the advice in Awka while briefing newsmen on this year’s Africa Road Safety Day/ World Remembrance Day of Road Crash Victims.
The theme of this year is “Speed kills; Design out Speed.”
