The impasse between the executive arm and the legislature took a new turn on Wednesday when the Inspector General of Police (IG), Suleiman Abba, insisted that he does not recognise Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal as the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

You cannot compare a brand new vehicle part with a fairly used - Business mogul

Chijioke Ezenwanwe would pass as a footballer, a highlife musician, a seminarian or even a newly married man. But a close contact would display a deeper, richer version of this enigma of a business giant. He revealed he is an importer and distributor of heavy duty vehicles' brand new spare parts amongst other businesses. This second son of Chief Ezenwanwe in Agba village -Ekwulobia, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State stated categorically that success in business depended on three things; contact, honesty and capital. 'Anyone can thrive well in any business if he has these three things' , he affirmed. And as he elaborately expresses his wide scope of contact, one would testify to the fact that he indeed practices what he preaches.

Anambra Holds Seemingly Peaceful primaries With Pockets Of Crisis

Results from the constituencies in the House of Assembly Primary elections of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) which was held across Anambra State yesterday pointed to a near peaceful conduct of a political primaries  as results begin to trickle-in from the field.
Though, reports from Ekwusigo, Ekwulobia and Aguata LG primaries does not reflect what seems to be a peaceful conduct of a transparent election, where hundreds of youths and aged were carrying placard in protest of what they tagged as imposition on candidates and presentation of a different delegate list against the supposed list for the election.
Some Party stakeholders buoyed to contest the result in court, knowing well that they were disenfranchised by the new delegate list and were not able to cast their vote for the aspirants of their choice.
