My family name was OJUKWU but it was changed to DAMASUS during civil war to avoid being attacked by Nigerian soldiers in Asaba, Delta State - Actress Stella Damasus, 2021.

The Lagos State government has shut down the Quilox nightclub, owned by popular lawmaker, Shina Peller.

The fresh shutdown of the popular nightclub was confirmed in a post via the X platform on Sunday from the Lagos State government agency responsible for the action, Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA).

The Ondo state government has faulted the news going round some media platforms that the Acting Governor, Lucky  Ayedatiwa has frozen  local government accounts.The state government described the news as false and misleading.
